I have but not as bad as you did. Are you sure they didn't head shot you or something? Or maybe you got healed andthen killed? Those damage kinda add up as I have read from somewhere on the forum.

Agreed. I was shooting at a guy with my advanced tactical from 30m away and the bullet disappeared. When I do hit and they died from another shooter, I get no assist either.
